Russian Defense Ministry: Da’ash prepares to target Syria’s Democratic Forces with shells stuffed with toxic chemicals
In a statement, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the militants of the organization “Da’ash” are preparing to target the “Syrian Democratic Forces” in the countryside of Deir al-Zour with shells stuffed with toxic substances.
According to a statement by the Russian Defense Ministry, confirmed information by several intelligence channels confirms that the militants of “Da’ash” made mortar shells and stuffing them with toxic chemicals in a hospital inside the village of Al-Kashma in Deir al-Zour.
The statement pointed out that 11 terrorists trained abroad and are filling the missiles with toxic materials.
The Ministry of Defense added that “the manufactured missiles there are intended to target the positions of” Syrian Democratic Forces “Kurdish majority, which is supported by the United States combat operations against terrorists in the vicinity of Hajeen city in the province of Deir al-Zour.
It pointed out that the terrorists are planning to bomb the positions of the “Syrian Democratic Forces” from the axis, which is adjacent to the Syrian army, in order to lure US aircraft to bomb intensively.
The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed that it was monitoring the situation in the countryside of Deir al-Zour, and will send a team of experts to the radio, chemical and biological survey to detect the risk of injury to civilians with toxic substances.
